Alysha is an award-winning human resources, recruitment, and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations attract top talent, build strong teams, and create people-centered workplaces. She has supported startups, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, technology companies, and mission-driven businesses across Canada and the United States. Alysha has led full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level and high-volume positions to senior leadership and highly specialized technical and healthcare roles. 7 experience includes developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, improving interview and selection processes, building employer brands, supporting compensation negotiations, and creating onboarding programs that improve the candidate and employee experience.
